Now that Gaddafy Duck is on the run for his life, the rebels (sorry, freedom fighters) are in control, and NATO is considering them their new BFF’s. The new boys in charge are making the kind of statements that bring a lump in the throat and a tear in the eye of every\u00a0bureaucrat that is jockeying for a chance at kissing their oil-producing asses. The new boys are\u00a0promising democracy, religious freedom (so long as its Islam) an end to ethnic strife and prejudice (even as reports are coming in about Blacks being beaten and killed due to the fact that some Blacks\u00a0mercenaries were working for Gaddafy, but some of the blacks killed were local shop keepers and family members.) Gaddafy’s troops have also been reportedly using children as human shields and rape as a weapon, knowing that\u00a0family s will kill a raped family member rather than have shame heaped on the family’s name (WTF!?). Oh and don’t forget Freedom and Justice for all1 (by the way, they plan on using Islamic Law as their guide!(Time to get in on the ground floor of the Prosthetic Hand Clinic boom).<\/p>\n
Now the question I’m trying to raise is, with attitudes and traditions like the\u00a0Libyans have had for the last forever<\/em> years,\u00a0 who wants to start the pool to see when these BFF’s of the West, turn into the typical, dune-runnin’, rag-headed, insane jihadists <\/em>that these people\u00a0stereo-typically become?
