Rating people using the R/C scale

  1. This is a guide to plan your actions, to right perceived wrongs, bring justice to the unjust, serve up a cold plate of revenge, check off points on your “bucket list” or justify acting on your own paranoia.

I don’t expect people to take this guide, work on their “candidates list” arrange their affairs, check out their preferred instrument of justice, and proceed to “get busy”. This could , instead, be used as a therapeutic way to handle stress.

  1. I believe in obeying “LOGICAL” laws and rules. Trouble is there are sooooo few of these. Most laws and rules are created with hidden agendas, some are driven by a like minded group or a person of influence’s greed for money or power (one influences the other no matter to placement, kind of “the chicken or the egg” argument). The lack of good laws and the ignoring the “consequences of non-compliance” is the reason that this tool was created
  2. Things to remember when you create your list and then act on it:
  1. Friends and relatives of your target, will probably put you on their list (effectively you could wind up on several lists, meaning you might not have to plan your next B-day party).
  2. The teaming up of Law Enforcement/Technology changes the statement “If I get caught” to “When I get caught”.
  3. If serious, have a back up plan A,B,C ect.
  4. Plan, Plan, stockpile, Plan!!!
  5. ” Why act now ?”  are you terminal? is the Apocalypse happening now? you have no foreseeable future?
  6. Are you looking to wound, maim, or kill? Wounds heal but leave scars, Maiming stays with a person forever, kill needs no explanation.
  7. Consider your friends and family, they will become collateral damage and Lawyers live for getting money! (unless you are a cold-hearted bastard, or the Apocalypse is nigh)
  8. The further down the list a person is, the better their chance at surviving your “little adventure”. Keep your list workable and achievable ( no huge groups IE:The Muslims or The Tamils) you will fail in achieving these goals and it could affect your continued existence.

What is your exit strategy ? Suicide, Suicide by Cop, Capture and punishment, escape to continue working on your list?

After all the steps above, you are still determined, Then Here’s Your List!

The classification of a person, group, ect. is done by assigning an Alpha-Numeric value to an entity:

R stands for ROUND (Bullet)

  • C stands for CLIP (Magazine)

Entity stands for name of target

examples and explanations

  • John Smith R1C1 = Name John Smith, use the first bullet in the first clip. John is most likely the enabler of your current actions, reason being that once started, Law enforcement, news media, and the public will soon be alerted, your next mark will possibly be waiting for you, and could put a halt on your quest.
  • John Smith R1-15C1 = You plan on allotting rounds 1-15 of your first clip to making sure John is eliminated  and not just wounded (yes, John could be eliminated with 1 round, but people do survive a single gunshot wound)with his survival, your chance of being identified, captured, put on his list, or even killed greatly increases. On the other hand 15 rounds insures a more “permanent” solution (remember to bring “enough” gun).
  •  John Smith C1 = John gets the whole clip! You must really be pissed at him!!!
  •  John Smith C2-Rx =John is further down the list, you aren’t as concerned about dealing out his just reward, but still believe he needs a dose of justice.

Don’t leave this list laying around, if found it could possibly force you to move up your schedule, with a greater chance of failure. But if you want people to know your reasons for doing what you did, put your list in an envelope addressed to you and mail it on your way to the first target, then if you change your mind you can retrieve the list and destroy it or if you can’t retrieve it  people won’t have to guess at your reasons.

Hopefully I am not on your list, or you on mine! Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
