Paranoid thoughts

What SPF level sunscreen would be needed to enable a vampire to be in direct sunlight? Would it make the vamp look like a Mime? Are the vamps already doing this? How can this be checked? Has anyone ever seen a Mime wearing a crucifix ? Should a law be created to require Mimes to wear crucifixes, and the ones who don’t (agnostics,heathens and possibly creatures of the night) can be sprayed with Holy Water by anyone, and if they don’t burst into flames, thank the sprayer (in proper Mime fashion of course).
